Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain’s reopening follows the March 20th casino closure in accordance with directives set by Governor Gavin Newsom in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak. The closure was a precautionary measure as there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain to date. On May 13, Yuba and Sutter Counties had their attestation approved and were able to advance further into Phase 2, easing restrictions and allowing for some businesses in the area to reopen. In consultation with the Yuba Sutter health officer, our protocols have been reviewed and a commitment has been made to have periodic evaluations conducted of our Safe and Sound plan. "Recognizing the Enterprise Rancheria’s sovereignty, I appreciate the detailed plan that Hard Rock developed to lower the risk of COVID-19 spread among guests and employees at their property in Yuba County and I value the partnership that exists between one of our largest employers and the community." stated Gary Bradford, Yuba County Supervisor, 4th District.
