WHY ARE YOU CALLED HARD ROCK SACRAMENTO?
For Hard Rock properties, the brand is usually attached to a geographical location (typically the largest local city) — in this case, Sacramento. Yuba County and Sutter County are also both parts of the Sacramento Valley, so the name “Sacramento” certainly has relevance.
Because our property is designed to be a regional destination resort for all of Northern California (as well as the nation and international travelers), we want to make sure potential visitors have a starting point as to where the property is located. Yuba County, Plumas Lake, or Wheatland just aren’t well known enough yet to serve that larger purpose. However, in the next 10-20 years with all the growth occurring in the south part of both counties and with Sacramento expanding northward, the two areas are likely to grow closer together, making the name Sacramento even more relevant and appropriate.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Only registered service animals are allowed on property in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Guests who have an ADA service animal must register their dog with security upon arrival.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING IN YOUR HOTEL ROOMS?
No. All rooms and suites on property are smoke-free.
DOES THE HOTEL OFFER BABYSITTING/NANNY SERVICES?
No. We do not offer child-care services on property.
DO YOU OFFER DAY-PASSES FOR THE POOL AREA?
No. The pool is only available to hotel guests.
DO YOU OFFER SHUTTLE OR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES?
Yes. Guests have the option to arrive by bus using one of the many bus pickup services throughout Northern California and the Bay Area. For information on locations and schedules, please visit our website here: www.hardrockhotelsacramento.com/arrive-by-bus.
DO YOU OFFER VALET SERVICES?
We are currently do not offer valet services.
DO YOU OFFER A VIP PARKING AREA?
We have dedicated parking areas for our XCard members along the Southeast side of the Hotel tower and select areas within the main parking lots on the West side of the property.
DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT PARKING SPACES FOR RVs AND TRAILERS?
We allow overnight RV parking in our overflow parking area for our Hotel and Casino customers. We do offer any hook up amenities for RV's. Overnight parking is intended as a short stopover for customers needing a place to stay. They are not intended as long-term or camping destinations. The right thing to do once you arrive is to go inside and register with Security if you plan to park overnight. If this “privilege” is abused by travelers who use the parking lot for long-term stays, travelers might be asked to leave.
DOES YOUR FACILITY OFFER WHEELCHAIRS/ELECTRIC SCOOTERS?
Yes. Complimentary wheelchairs are available for hotel guests and X-Card Members, based on availability.
HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF MY WIN/LOSS STATEMENT?
Guests can obtain a Win/Loss statement one the following ways:
- Visit the Casino Cashier with a valid ID and players card.
- Request your Win/Loss statement by emailing [email protected].
- Call Customer Care at 1-833-337-3473.
DO YOU NEED RESERVATIONS FOR COUNCIL OAK STEAKS AND SEAFOOD RESTAURANT?
Reservations for Council Oak Steaks and Seafood are not required. However, if guests so choose, reservations can be made on our website here: www.hardrockhotelsacramento.com/restaurants/council-oak-steaks-and-seafood.
DOES YOUR FACILITY OFFER POKER?
Yes. We do have a variety of poker games available to our guests, including Three Card Poker, Face Up Pai Gow Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em. Currently, we do not have a designated poker room.
DOES YOUR FACILITY OFFER BINGO?
Bingo is coming soon! Guests can stay up to date with our Bingo program here.
DO YOU ALLOW PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING ON THE CASINO FLOOR?
To protect the privacy of all guests, photography and videography are not permitted on the casino floor. If you are an influencer interested in filming for your channels, please send an email to [email protected] with details regarding your visit at least 72 hours prior to your arrival for approval.
