Why did Hard Rock create the Unity by Hard Rock loyalty program?

We wanted to create a loyalty program that is built around the entire Hard Rock Universe. Our goal is to offer you a more personalized and rewarding loyalty experience through a unified program that is unlike any loyalty program in the world.

How do Unity Tiers work?

There are 4 levels of Unity membership, based on how much you earn with Unity. Benefits increase as you move through the different Tiers. The four Unity Tiers are: Star, Legend, Icon, and X. You can advance to the next Tier by earning Tier Credits through purchases at participating Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming locations. The higher your Tier, the better your benefits become. Tier 1: Star ……….0 Tier Credits (On Sign-up) Tier 2: Legend …...4,000 Tier Credits Tier 3: Icon ……….15,000 Tier Credits Tier 4: X …………..Invite Only

What are Tier Credits and how do they work?

Tier Credits are a measure of your progress toward your next Unity card status. They are earned based on your total gaming or non-gaming qualifying spend in a calendar year (January 1st through December 31st). You earn 1 Tier Credit for every $1 spent in participating cafes and non-casino hotels, as well as on dining and retail outside of the cafe. Tier Credit earning rates will vary at each casino based on your game play. Your Tier Score will reset at the beginning of each year.

What are Unity Points and how do they work?

Unity Points are earned every time you game, purchase food, buy merchandise, or stay the night at one of our Hard Rock hotels. Unity Points work just like cash at any participating Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming location. You can earn 3 Unity Points for every $1 spent in any participating cafe and non-casino hotel, and 1 Unity Point for every $1 spent on all other non-gaming spend in casinos. Unity Point earning rates for gaming at our casinos will vary at each casino based on your individual game play.

What benefits do members get?

As a member, you are recognized at every participating Hard Rock location around the world, and enjoy special tier-based benefits that get better the more you visit. And now, you can also earn points to spend on future purchases at participating locations.

What happens to existing programs like Hard Rock Rewards, Wild Card Rewards and Seminole Wild Card?

We will be retiring Hard Rock Rewards and participating casino loyalty programs like Wild Card Rewards when Unity by Hard Rock launches. Continue using your Hard Rock Rewards, Wild Card Rewards and Seminole Wild Card accounts until Unity by Hard Rock rolls out at your location. Existing Comp Dollars will convert to Unity Points: 100 Unity Points = 1 Comp Dollar. Unity Points are redeemable for hotel rooms, meals, merchandise and other VIP experiences at every participating Hard Rock location. Existing Tier Credits will be automatically transferred to your Unity by Hard Rock account Your current Wild Card Rewards 4-digit PIN will be valid with your new Unity card.
